How do I order?
Please use the form here to place your order or enquiry. You will be contacted via email from paperandflo@mail.com where any questions may be answered and you will be provided with a payment link to secure the order.
What photo can you to use?
Almost any photo can be turned in to an illustration. I hand craft each individual shape to create your keepsake. All I require is the photo file emailed uploaded or emailed to paperandflo.com. I can create people, pets and other custom requests.
What will I receive when I get my illustration?
Prices are for digital illustrations. You will receive a high resolution JPG and PDF via email.
The file is set up at A4 however PDF is scalable to any size and will retain quality.
Printing may be requested at an additional cost.
How can I get my file printed?
Most customers opt for a digital file. Any local printer will be able to assist in printing your file.
For print on demand Officeworks has a great range of print sizes and options and easily accessible in Australia.
You may also use any photo centre e.g. Kmart, which is as easy as saving the JPG to you phone camera roll and using a self serve kiosk.

How long until I receive my illustration?
Usually I can accomodate for illustrations within 3-4 days give or take a couple of dates. However if you need for a special occasion please let me know your date and I will surely accomodate! Estimated delivery will be confirmed upon confirmation.
